About Us

Hi there, It’s Sababa!

A registered dietitian, an educator, a mom, and a food lover!

I’m deeply passionate about food, nutrition, and education, and I can’t believe I’ve been a dietitian for over a decade—loving every moment of it!

With experience in primary care, clinical nutrition, and preventative health, I’ve helped thousands of people navigate their relationship with food, understand their health conditions, and take meaningful steps toward better well-being.

My approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and meeting clients where they are in their health journey. I believe every-body is unique and deserves respectful, judgment-free support. With so much conflicting nutrition advice, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, but food is more than just fuel—it’s identity, connection, and joy. Whether you want to improve your relationship with food, manage a chronic condition, or develop practical nutrition strategies, I provide science-backed, personalized guidance that aligns with your lifestyle, values, and culture.

My Journey into Nutrition and Dietetics

My journey into nutrition and dietetics is rooted in my deep passion for preventative health and a holistic approach to well-being. Born and raised in Islamabad, Pakistan, I initially trained as a medical doctor at Rawalpindi Medical College. Over time, my growing interest in prevention and lifestyle-based health care led me to pursue a Master’s in Community Health and Nutrition.

After immigrating to Canada in 2013, I transitioned into dietetics, completing my credentials at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and becoming a Registered Dietitian in Ontario in 2017.

I have since further specialized as a Diabetes Educator through the Michener Institute of Education at UHN and earned my Certified Bariatric Educator (CBE) designation from Obesity Canada to stay at the forefront of evidence-based care. Additionally, I am a Craving Change® Facilitator, helping individuals improve their relationship with food.

I believe that nutrition is more than just what’s on the plate—it’s about creating a positive, empowered, and sustainable relationship with food.

My client-centered approach ensures that every individual feels heard, supported, and equipped with the right tools to make lasting changes that align with their lifestyle, values, and health goals.

Outside of my work, I find joy in spending time with my family, exploring nature trails, and taking long scenic drives—moments that fuel my passion for balance, mindfulness, and well-being.

Let’s work together to build sustainable, realistic changes that support your long-term health and vitality!
